Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to enhance our legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm, focusing on a diverse range of employment law issues, including class actions and PAGA cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive legal support to clients while collaborating with senior attorneys.
  • Manage individual employment lawsuits and oversee wage and hour class/PAGA actions from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare various legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Represent clients effectively in court hearings and trials.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed legal reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Active membership in the California Bar.
