We are seeking a highly skilled Apartment Leasing Representative to join our team at Freeman Webb Company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Show and lease apartments to prospective residents, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments, discussing layout, amenities, and community policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and leasing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and local economic conditions to inform leasing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of leasing experience in the multi-family industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The employee must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly in response to changing situations.
