About the Role

The Intensive Family Therapist Professional will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy sessions, assessing client symptomatology, and developing treatment plans. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to improve their well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to families in need.
  • Assess client symptomatology and develop treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, family therapy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the mental health field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle.
