Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize operational systems to ensure smooth restaurant operations during every shift.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls, particularly regarding cash management and inventory.
  • Establish and achieve targets for service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Adhere to all operational standards, including service speed, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor food and labor costs, taking necessary actions to enhance performance.
  • Be available to work various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends as required.
  • Lead by example with a thorough understanding and high proficiency in restaurant operations.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements, employment laws, food safety standards, and operational policies.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
