This position involves mastering, overseeing, and instructing restaurant operations to meet objectives, nurture talent, and deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize operational systems to ensure smooth restaurant operations during every shift.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, particularly regarding cash management and inventory.
- Establish and achieve targets for service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Adhere to all operational standards, including service speed, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor food and labor costs, taking necessary actions to enhance performance.
- Be available to work various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends as required.
- Lead by example with a thorough understanding and high proficiency in restaurant operations.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, employment laws, food safety standards, and operational policies.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
