Job Summary

Bear Mountain Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our In-House Rehab Team. This per diem position is located in Lowell, MA and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Speech Therapy services in accordance with current federal and state standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement Speech therapy services and programs in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
  • Initiate referrals and conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention/treatment.
  • Communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and team members.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding Speech Therapy programs.
  • Maintain commitment to professional growth and competency.
Requirements
  • Active state license or license eligible.
  • M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college.
  • CCC or in CFY, and eligible for licensure.
