Per Diem Radiologic Technologists at Providence Saint Jude Medical Center must hold a valid certification in BLS, ARRT (Nuc-Med*), or NMTCB. Advanced certification in ARRT is preferred. Additionally, a certificate in the applicable unit is required.
Job Details
Proof of flu vaccination or declination is required. Clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Failure to comply will result in being sent home. Per Diem Radiologic Technologists are expected to have 2 years of experience, with 1 year of recent experience in the specialty. BLS, ARRT (Nuc-Med*), or NMTCB certification is required. Float assignments to less or like specialties are available, provided the clinician is qualified and experienced in Epic. Epic experience is preferred.

Orientation and Schedule
Per Diem Radiologic Technologists are expected to be comfortable working at all facilities listed without prior training. Orientation is not provided for this position. Schedule information includes 8-hour shifts, with start and end times varying. The unit is Outpatient, Inpatient, OR room, and ER. The charting system is Epic. Additional details include a 3-month separation period for previous permanent staff, who must be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval. Scrub requirements include specific colors for different professions.
