Job Title: Sr. Medical Dosimetrist

At Veracity, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Medical Dosimetrist to join our radiation oncology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating radiation dose distributions and dose calculations based on your expertise and collaboration with the Medical Physicist and Radiation Oncologist.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using Varian Eclipse v15 and Mosaiq EMR
  • Collaborate with the Medical Physicist and Radiation Oncologist to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans
  • Operate and perform quality assurance on the treatment planning computer
  • Stay up-to-date with current rules and regulations pertaining to radiation therapy
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a formally organized hospital or college affiliated medical dosimetry program
  • 5+ years' experience in related field
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety and current rules and regulations pertaining to radiation therapy
  • Excellent mathematical skills and knowledge, including algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and introductory calculus
