Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and weekly performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Evaluate capital expenditure initiatives and forecast budgetary needs.
- Implement cost reduction strategies within the plant to meet financial targets.
- Manage accounts payable, purchasing processes, cycle counts, and departmental reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in bills of material and cost assessments reflecting production activities.
- Track labor efficiency, material costs, manufacturing overhead, and inventory metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in various ERP systems is essential.
