Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Location: Clinton, NJ (Hybrid - 2 Days Work from Office)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements
  2. Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support
  3. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team
  4. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  5. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems
  6. Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing
  7. Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts
  8. Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement
  9. Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Extensive experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, JavaScript, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and life cycle of development
  • Experience in design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST/ SOAP and Bulk APIs
  • Working knowledge of Agile process
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Lightning, and LWC Knowledge Platform Developer 1 Certification and Platform Developer 2 Certification is Mandatory
