Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Project Systems Engineer/Project Integrator to ensure customer strategic and tactical requirements are met to support the mission.
  • Manage, advise, and assist in all aspects of daily business operations to position the group for effective mission support.
  • Support a wide range of activities, including drafting and coordinating briefings, facilitating meetings, documenting and tracking customer requirements, and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking action items, tracking and monitoring ongoing projects, requirements, and initiatives, coordination of schedules, and capturing meeting minutes.
  • Work cross-functionally and communicate with all parties to support mission requirements.
  • Communicate status to stakeholders and participants.
  • Draft and edit official communications in support of customers.
  • Participate in meetings and provide requisite support as needed.
  • Support special projects as required.
Requirements Analysis and Recommendations

Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements for various projects and highlight areas for improvement.

Research, identify, and recommend resources required for task execution and completion.

Generate recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior-level client personnel.
