About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Analysis Technician to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to deliver comprehensive behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological disorders, or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one services related to behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans.
  • Work under the direction of BCBAs and BCaBAs to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
  • Provide paraprofessional-level support to our clinical team, including conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work).
  • One year of experience working with young children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates highly desired.
  • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
  • Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
