As a vital member of our healthcare team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will involve delegating duties, instructing, and offering clinical guidance to nursing assistants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Active and valid LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing preferred
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with maintenance of current certification throughout employment.
