Job Overview

The Fortus Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Telehealth RN Specialist for an immediate opening in Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and support in a telehealth setting. As a Traveling Tele Nurse, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care through phone or video consultations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay current with telehealth best practices

Requirements

We are seeking a qualified individual with strong nursing skills and experience in telehealth. A valid nursing license and excellent communication skills are required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
