Motorcycle and ATV Repair Specialist

We are a reputable RV and Marine dealership seeking an honest and hard-working technician to join our team. As a Motorcyclist and ATV enthusiast, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing motorcycles and ATVs to the highest standards.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Examine and diagnose motorcycle and ATV problems to identify the root cause
  • Collaborate with our service advisor to discuss repairs and provide estimates
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Plan and execute repair procedures in accordance with dealership policies
  • Monitor repair time and update the service advisor regularly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and industry developments
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal

Requirements

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 years of related experience or training. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
