Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality nursing care to our guests while promoting a positive and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
The LPN will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care, services, and health education to guests. This includes supervising the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for guests. Additionally, the LPN will assess the health of guests, notify physicians of changes in status, develop plans of care based on assessment, and implement nursing care. The LPN will also select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications. Furthermore, the LPN will contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.

Requirements
To be successful as an LPN at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon, you should have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where communication and collaboration are key. Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. With the $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, you will receive a total compensation package of $70,000-$85,000 per year.
