Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and estimating teams in project cost assessments and sales presentations to cultivate a strong customer base through exceptional service and technical knowledge.

- Facilitate the development and training of engineering staff, including setting and tracking individual performance goals.
- Conduct high-level engineering tasks while maintaining a utilization rate that aligns with business objectives.
- Implement new company processes, procedures, and tools effectively.
- Contribute to strategic planning at the branch level and achieve anticipated financial outcomes for the engineering sector.
- Coordinate necessary resources for production, including scheduling and determining requirements.
- Review and authorize project designs created by team members.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and integrate them into projects and processes as needed.
- Accountable for the effective utilization of team members.
- Conduct annual and mid-year performance evaluations for staff, establishing performance objectives.
- Create training plans for all team members and promote continuous professional development.
- Engage with customers to evaluate team performance and incorporate feedback into departmental practices.
- Collaborate with outsourced engineering services to clarify project scope, review costs, meet customer-specific requirements, and perform quality control assessments.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in the Building Automation sector.
- 3+ years in a mentoring or managerial capacity.
- Must reside in the designated area.
- Demonstrated advanced technical expertise in applications related to building operations, including HVAC, Automation, and Security Systems.
