Responsibilities and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Lead CT Technologist will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • He/she will be responsible for managing the workflow, scheduling staff, and making scheduling modifications as needed.
  • The technologist will be responsible for training and mentoring junior technologists, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • He/she will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • The Lead CT Technologist will be responsible for communicating with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that imaging procedures are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • He/she will be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during imaging procedures, and for taking corrective action as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered as CT Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist within 1 year of employment.
  • ODH licensure
  • Basic Life Support certification.
