Salary: $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Estimated annual salary: $24,960 - $31,200.

Job Description:
About the Role:We're looking for an experienced Server to join our team at JJ's Grill. As a key member of our service staff, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This includes taking food and drink orders, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about our menu items and promotions.

Responsibilities:
  • Suggest and upsell food and beverages.
  • Build strong relationships with guests.
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep times.
  • Communicate guest orders to kitchen staff effectively.
  • Process payments and provide change in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor required.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and/or POS systems.
