Job Overview

Epic Travel Staffing is actively seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care in the CVOR setting.
  • Participating in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Floating to the Main OR during low case volume periods.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active RN license in Ohio or a Compact RN license.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of recent experience in CVOR nursing.
  • Prior permanent CVOR RN experience of at least 1.5 years before travel assignments.
  • Current AHA BLS certification.
  • RNFA certification is mandatory.
Additional Information

During the orientation process, candidates will be required to complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safe medication assessment, achieving acceptable scores on both.
