About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sportsbook Attendant to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a Sportsbook Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Create and enter player tracking cards on-site, online, and digitally.
  • Make payments on winning tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and verify tickets and payoffs.
  • Exchange cash and coins in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank for assigned shift.
  • Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and procedures to guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle cash and sensitive information accurately.
