Job Summary

**Speech Language Pathologist Therapist (Part-Time)**

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Therapist to join our Home Care Team in the Western territories west of St. Louis. As a Speech Language Pathologist Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs.
  • Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize patient outcomes and return to community activities.
  • Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services, as well as available community resources.
  • Provide patient education, including development of comprehensive and progressive home programs with instruction to patients, families, and other caregivers as appropriate.
  • Prepare for patient discharge, including ordering necessary equipment and recommendations for therapeutic services to ensure the continuum of care.
  • Manage a full patient caseload, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Document patient care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Therapist.
  • Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment.
  • One or more years of clinical experience and a valid state Driver's License.
