Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions is actively seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner with Hueman, you will have the opportunity to work with Medicare and Medicaid members in a unique and rewarding way.

About the Opportunity

This part-time position offers the flexibility to achieve your professional goals while enjoying a schedule designed with your preferences in mind. You will have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting, conducting comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments and providing basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments
  • Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance
  • Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures
Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license, active State NP license, active National board certification, and current BLS certification. 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required.
