Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Source Code in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires working 10 and 12-hour shifts. Multiple positions are available, offering a competitive salary and up to $20,000 sign-on bonus. Additionally, relocation assistance is provided to support your transition to our beautiful city.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ Nursing Professional Practice: assess, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Develops, updates, and coordinates the patient's plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • At least one year of experience in Operating Room settings (excluding residency, clinical hours, or school time).
  • A valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.

Education and Certification:

Prioritize obtaining National Certification in an area of specialty if not already certified. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
