  • Demonstrate Initiative and Teamwork: Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
  • Maintain Visual Standards: Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
  • Assist with Daily Store Recovery: Assist in daily store recovery, before, during, or after store opening hours.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Share Feedback and Ideas: Share feedback and ideas with management that will help improve the processes in the store.
  • Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Adapt to an environment that changes quickly while managing multiple tasks.
  • Provide Support to Cross-Functional Departments: Provide support for all cross-functional departments.
  • Set the Tone and Standards: Help set the tone and standards that drive customer satisfaction and lead the business to be recognizable within the market.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice.
  • Technical Skills: Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include the closing shift, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Repetitive Motions: Must be able to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and working with cleaning chemicals.

Requirements and EEO Statement

The salary for this position is $15.00/hourly. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Forever 21, and its affiliated brands, offer a benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
