About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room at Holy Family Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance during surgical procedures, handling instruments, supplies, and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a sterile field and provide patient care in accordance with national and state standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited educational program for surgical technologists.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by a nationally recognized surgical technologist certifying body.
  • One year of experience in a surgical setting preferred.
