Picture Frame Gallery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to oversee the daily operations of our Evanston frameshop. As a Picture Frame Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining high morale among team members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assist customers with frame design and sales on the retail floor
• Oversee production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Assign employee work schedules, manage staff hours, and submit hours for payroll
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, lead team meetings, and assist production staff as needed
• Handle customer pick-ups, material ordering, and phone calls
• Prepare quotes, email frame design options to clients, and handle setbacks in a timely manner
• Work towards unifying our store locations, ensuring products, procedures, and workflow operate similarly
• Hire and train new employees, and maintain a clean and organized gallery

• 3+ years of management experience
• Some picture framing or design-related sales experience
• Aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer skills, including experience with POS software and Adobe Photoshop

We offer a competitive salary of $50-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, vacation, holiday pay, and a retirement plan.
