Paralegal - Estate Planning Division

Our practice is dedicated to assisting clients in safeguarding and managing their assets for the benefit of future generations. In collaboration with attorneys, financial institutions, and trust organizations, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients' intentions are executed proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture client relationships throughout the estate planning and succession journey.
  • Execute estate and trust management procedures in accordance with wills and trust agreements.
  • Draft a variety of probate and trust-related documents, financial statements, and tax filings.
  • Engage with external partners such as accountants, banks, investment firms, and advisors.
  • Oversee communications with County Circuit Courts.
  • Support the preparation of probate submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Possession of a paralegal certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications.

Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates frequent use of a keyboard, as well as sitting, walking, and effective communication. The ability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs. may be necessary.
