Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operation of all systems
- Provide excellent customer service to district staff and students
- High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman certification in HVAC a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.32 (min - 12% above min)/hr
- 8 hours/day, 260 work calendar days/year
- Ongoing position with opportunities for advancement
