Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting various systems within a variety of houses, adhering to industry standards and regulations. You will work independently, utilizing smartphone technology to access company programs and enter data into a smart phone, taking and uploading pictures, and using email and instant messaging communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect various systems within a variety of houses, including attics and roofs, crawl spaces, and electrical panels, within the framework of industry standards and regulations.
  • Understand the full and complete inspection process, including the identification of potential issues and defects.
  • Effectively communicate inspection findings to customers and agents, providing clear and concise explanations and recommendations.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Home Inspector Florida License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Certified WDO Inspector - or ability to obtain
  • Wind Mitigation Certificate - or ability to obtain
Preferred Requirements
  • Bi-lingual a plus
