About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ABM Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms to ensure a hygienic and comfortable space.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as required, including but not limited to, restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies.
