Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and respond to legal discovery requests.
  • Manage and track court deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with the court.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and opposing counsel through written correspondence and phone calls.
  • Support pre-trial preparations, including the creation of trial documents and organization of exhibits.
  • Efficiently prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, particularly in discovery processes.
  • Extensive experience in trial preparation.
  • Strong understanding of California Civil Procedure and local court regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range based on experience: $90,000 - $135,000.
