Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory testing and procedures in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely results, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of laboratory procedures, instruments, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • 2 Year/Associate Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • State of Florida Technologist License or ability to obtain during the interview process.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
