Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Full-Time School SLP, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports on student performance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school-based initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
