Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized patient care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Active State Speech Language Pathologist License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Covid Vaccine Required
  • 1 or more years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
