Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional, such as a nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, or LPN, residing in Southern California. This role involves traveling to various healthcare facilities, with responsibilities including:
- Conducting wound assessments and guiding treatment protocols.
- Ensuring the correct application and use of wound care products.
- Interpreting Medicare documentation and reimbursement standards.
- Training facility personnel on compliance with documentation requirements.
- Managing orders for wound care supplies through our proprietary system.
- Supporting facility wound care initiatives by tracking and documenting product usage.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM, or equivalent) or the ability to obtain certification within the first year.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- A business-oriented mindset with a focus on sales.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area.
