Job Title: Packer - Monroe

We are seeking a skilled Packer to join our team at Ocean Beauty Seafoods in Monroe, WA. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing and processing seafood products to meet customer standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing and sorting seafood products accurately and efficiently
  • Using small tools to remove pin bones and other imperfections
  • Rotating fresh product to meet Ocean Beauty's specifications
  • Packing, sealing, and loading packages; labeling and marking containers
  • Inspecting product quality before boxing
  • Consolidating orders and checking against pick lists
  • Marking boxes with customer information and contents
  • Handling product safely and operating a pallet jack
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
  • Following company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Extended hours, weekends, and overtime required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
