Job Summary:

As a Domino's Franchise Management Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include managing cost controls, inventory, customer relations, and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for staffing, paperwork, cash control, food management, and maintaining a perfect image for our brand. Additionally, you will be expected to provide great customer service and work to a schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock discrepancies
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
  • Prepare and present reports to management as required

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage cash and inventory accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Work Conditions:
  • Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
  • In-store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90° and above
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust
  • Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500° or higher

Physical Requirements:
  • Standing for most tasks
  • Walking for short distances for short durations
  • Lifting bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Carrying large cans and trays of pizza dough
  • Pushing and pulling trays on dollies
  • Climbing stairs or a ladder
