Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support supplier change requests, validation, and quality assurance systems.
- Develop and implement technical quality assurance systems and activities, including SPC, Quality Plans, Control Plans, and FMEAs.
- Evaluate suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and prioritize an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers meet good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards.
- Qualify suppliers according to company standards and administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Medical industry requirements such as ISO 13485.
- Ability to communicate and resolve supplier-related problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
