Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Sonic Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, obtaining customer information, and providing accurate estimates for labor and parts.

You will also be responsible for communicating with customers regarding any changes to their repair estimate or promised time. Your excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues in a professional manner are essential to success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Service Advisor at Sonic Automotive, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a dealership position
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • ASE certification preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
