Job Summary

InsideHigherEd is seeking a highly qualified Academic Professional to join our team as a Faculty Member in Construction Technology. This is a 9-month, full-time position that will involve teaching, research, and service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Construction Technology, including live, hybrid, and online classes, to a diverse student population.
• Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the institution's goals and program objectives.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students.
• Participate in departmental and college-wide service activities, such as committee work and professional development.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in Construction Technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Construction Technology or a related field.
• Teaching experience in Construction Technology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Construction Technology or a related field.
• Experience with online and hybrid course delivery.
• Knowledge of industry certifications and standards.
