APM Terminals specializes in comprehensive warehousing and distribution logistics, leveraging our extensive network of storage facilities. Our locations are equipped to receive, store, process, and dispatch cargo, thereby enhancing flexibility and resilience within the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among Haulers, Delivery Teams, Flatbed Drivers, Call Center, and Local Client Management Teams.
  • Provide on-site oversight on a regular basis to ensure adherence to operational procedures by Haulers and Delivery Teams.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of Haulers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with vendors.
  • Address shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage claims promptly.
  • Engage with end customers to guarantee efficient in-home delivery experiences.
  • Compile and maintain monthly operational reports, including performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong mathematical skills, capable of performing calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to interpret technical and scientific literature relevant to the industry.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills to address a variety of challenges and devise innovative solutions.

Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 annually
