About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Bone Marrow Transplant and Leukemia Unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing treatment for leukemia and other blood disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and document progress in their medical records
  • Evaluate and revise treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Assist with patient discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • BSN preferred
