Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Healthcare Support. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Physical Therapist position with a 20-week contract located in Colchester, Vermont. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
