Job Summary

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to oversee daily operations and provide guidance to nursing staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned nurse to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Coordinate daily schedules, nursing assignments, and patient care to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clinical Oversight: Review patient records, monitor vital signs, and provide guidance to nursing staff.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support nursing staff, providing assistance with discharge and admissions as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency code situations and provide clinical assistance during code crises.
  • Liaison: Liaise with other departments to ensure effective staffing and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of recent hospital Charge/Supervisor/Manager experience.
  • Certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials are mandatory.
