Advanced Practice Provider Opportunities

The role of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is critical in this mission. As an APP, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care under their supervision.
Responsibilities of an APP
You will be responsible for utilizing your training and skills to obtain medical histories when necessary, perform physical exams within established protocol, diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases within protocol guidelines, order diagnostic tests, prescribe or recommend medications for prescription, and provide preventive health screenings and immunizations for children and adults.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also promote positive lifestyle habits through education and counseling, assist doctors with office surgeries, assure charts are signed off by the doctor within 7 days, maintain patient privacy and confidentiality, make follow-up calls to check patients' progress, assist doctors with phone coverage and hospital rounds, and work closely with other nurses to ensure efficient patient flow.
Qualifications Required
To be eligible for this role, you must have a Master's degree in nursing or be a Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program. You should have at least 3-5 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting, as well as 1-3 years of previous experience as an APP in an acute or primary care setting or equivalent experience.
Additionally, you must be licensed as an RN in the state of TN/GA and licensed as a CRNP in the state of TN or hold a TN State PA License. A BLS or ACLS certification is also required.

Compensation Package
Your annual salary will be approximately $95,885 - $107,113 per year, based on an hourly wage of $45.96 - $51.71 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
