About the Role:
This Registered Nurse - Float Pool position is designed for new graduates who are eager to start their careers in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. With a focus on safe patient ratios and flexible scheduling, RNs will have the opportunity to care for a diverse range of patients across various units while receiving comprehensive orientation and ongoing education.

Requirements:
- Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
