- Cost Management: Identify creative ways to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on cost trends and improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Five years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
