Job Summary:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager role for our home care office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
- Visit clients and conduct assessments.
- Develop care plans and oversee their execution.
- Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning.
