Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Utah Valley Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment plans to patients with various physical therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on proper physical therapy techniques and exercises.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current state Physical Therapist license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Clinical background experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Environment

This position is located at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT. The Physical Therapist will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and will be required to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
