We partner with families to help develop young children socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum (ABC Jesus loves me)
  • Provide a safe and loving environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with parents through daily updates and regular meetings
  • Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and engagement with age-appropriate activities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary restrictions and allergies
  • Establish and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements
  • Completion of Early Childhood courses as designed by the state Child Care authority
  • Meet annual professional development requirements per state regulations
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A caring and patient individual with a passion for teaching young children
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and engage in extended periods of sitting on the floor
  • Reliable transportation to the Child Care center
  • Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents
